The core of museum development

For the core of museum development, the management and safety of cultural relics collections are always concerned. The good news is that the era of electronic surveillance of museum collections is coming, and the era of digital platform construction in museums is opening.
The construction of three digital platforms for the museum’s public service platform and museum collection monitoring platform will use digital technology to develop digital technology projects and comprehensively improve the scientific management level of the museum.
Some experts believe that this move means that the museum collections in China are moving towards the real-time electronic surveillance era. Strengthening the protection and management of museum collections is undoubtedly at the forefront of the country.
It is worth noting that this collection monitoring platform will be used first in the 18 museums belonging to the Cultural Relics Bureau. These 18 museums will be the first to report the history of other people’s monitoring and real-time electronic monitoring of the collection. The collection monitoring platform can monitor the temperature, humidity, trace elements, harmful gases, sound and light alarms of the collection, and transmit the data to the manager in time.
