Maintain a good sitting posture when typing with the keyboard

Keep a good sitting position. You must sit in front of the keyboard in a good posture to avoid straining your hands, back, neck and other joints. Sitting slightly against the back of the chair, let the chair support the lower back. Ideally, the elbow should be tilted down slightly to promote blood circulation. The feet are firmly on the ground. Stand-up desks are becoming more popular, but inappropriate tables can cause you to pose poorly. The desk should be at the height of the elbow when standing, or slightly shorter. To avoid bending over, the display should be at the same level as the eyes and at a distance of approximately 60 cm from the eyes.
Do not rest your palm or wrist on the bottom edge of the table or keyboard. When typing, your hands should float on the keys so you can move the entire arm and reach the distant keys without stretching your fingers. Resting your palm or wrist in front of the keyboard and stretching your fingers can cause carpal tunnel syndrome.
Gently tap the keyboard. Most keyboards are quite sensitive and you don’t need to press buttons too hard. Gently press the keys to help keep your fingers flexible and increase your speed.
Keep your wrists straight when typing. Twisting your wrist can cause discomfort and unnecessary stress.
Please relax your hands when you stop typing. You can let your hands rest when you don’t need to type. If your hands are still tight when you are not typing, your muscles will become stiffer and sore later.
Practice playing basic sentences. When you can hit most of the keys without looking at it, it’s time to start practicing the sentences. Try copying the text on the display without looking at the keyboard. The sentence contains every letter in the alphabet, allowing you to practice typing all the keys.
Learn about the location of punctuation and other symbols. Punctuation marks are on the right side of the keyboard. You can press these buttons with your little finger on your right hand. Many symbols need to be pressed at the same time to play.
There is a row of number keys above the keyboard, and each number key has a symbol. You need to press the Shift key and the number key where the symbol is located at the same time to play them.
